Here, your career and lifestyle go hand in hand. Here’s What You’ll Be Doing: Drafting and editing legal documents and correspondence. Preparing briefs to Counsel and managing Court documentation. Liaising directly with the Family Law Court and external stakeholders. Managing client communication, appointments, diaries, and email correspondence. Organising mediations and coordinating schedules. Conducting online searches and preparing reports. Handling billing processes and dictaphone typing. Maintaining accurate electronic filing systems. What You’ll Bring to the Role: At least 3 years’ experience as a Family Law Paralegal in Queensland. Strong drafting ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A professional, client-focused manner with outstanding interpersonal skills. High-level organisation and time management skills to manage competing deadlines. A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand practice area. A genuine passion for family law and supporting clients through complex matters.
