Here’s What You’ll Be Doing: Managing conveyancing files end-to-end, from initial instruction through to settlement. Handling residential and commercial property transactions with precision and efficiency. Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders. Preparing documentation, correspondence, and PEXA settlements. Providing exceptional client care, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process. Working closely with the property team while maintaining autonomy over your matters. Contributing to the success of the practice through your initiative and professionalism. What You’ll Bring to the Role: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Conveyancer or Paralegal in Queensland. Proven ability to manage conveyancing files independently from A–Z. High-level organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client interaction. Professional presentation with strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in software systems including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PEXA. A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
