Managing files across QLD and NSW, including off-the-plan sales and inter-family transfers. Advising clients on property transactions and commercial dealings. Drafting contracts, legal documents, and correspondence. Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships. Ensuring accurate file management and compliance with processes. What You’ll Bring to the Role: Admission as a lawyer with 2–5 years’ experience in Property Law. Strong drafting skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal ability with a client-first approach. High-level organisational and file management skills, with the ability to handle competing deadlines. A proactive mindset and willingness to grow your professional networks. Experience in NSW conveyancing and LEAP software (beneficial but not essential).
