Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: East Anglia Salary: Up to £65 Benefits Sector: Construction Consultancy Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Hybrid, Remote Complete Site Recruitment have engaged with an award-winning independent construction company based in East Anglia. We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their already established team. A company who has succeeded in growth through quality, delivery, and most of all reputation. If you are a Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record and have experience of delivering 360 project lifecycles then we would be keen to hear from you. Previous experience within Schools, Hotels, Stadiums would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: * Delivering full pre- and post-contract services * Cost planning, feasibility studies, and tender documentation * Procurement advice and contract administration * Managing project budgets and timelines * Acting as the lead QS on multiple high-end developments Requirements * RICS-accredited degree * MRICS qualified or actively working towards chartership * Previous experience in a UK-based consultancy/private practice * Strong knowledge of both pre- and post-contract duties * Excellent client-facing and communication skills What’s on Offer * Salary up to £55/65 DOE * 25 days’ holiday Bank Holidays * Remote/Hybrid working for the right candidate * Car allowance * Pension If you are seeking a new and exciting opportunity, please so not hesitate to contact the office for an informal chat.
