The requirement is for an experienced Project Surveyor or Cost Manager to act as the clients commercial representative on new build commercial projects. You will be responsible for developing cost plans and post contract commercial duties on live projects with values ranging between £5m and £15m. These could be new business parks, industrial warehousing or distribution centres. Key criteria: BSc.
