HGV Class 2 Day Driver

Robertson Recruitment are on the lookout for a reliable HGV class 2 driver to work with an established food distribution business. Youll play a key role in delivering a wide range of frozen, chilled, and ambient products to valued customers across the region including schools, restaurants, pubs, cafés, and other catering outlets. Please be aware this is a permanent role. Working hours: Monday to Friday. 45 hours a week. 06:00am starts. Overtime available. Please be aware you will have to work one Saturday a month. Responsibilities: Driving a HGV class 2 vehicle to deliver multi-temperature food products Deliveries will be unloading at multiple sites and workers on site will be doing that for you Providing excellent customer service at every drop Completing delivery paperwork and vehicle checks Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Qualifications for the role: Valid HGV class 2 licence Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card A positive attitude and strong work ethic Good communication and customer service skills Experience in multi-drop delivery is preferred Benefits: Full-time, permanent position with stable hours Avenues for progression 28 days holiday Company pension Overtime and performance bonus available (£100 up for grabs) If you are interested in this role please contact Dan on 07464 733898
