Leisure Manager - Leisure & Health Club Location: Walton-on-Thames area The Role We're hiring an experienced Leisure Manager to lead a thriving leisure and health club within a prestigious hotel environment. You'll take charge of daily operations, team leadership, and commercial performance—delivering an outstanding member experience while hitting key revenue and retention targets. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing leisure team Drive membership sales, retention, and secondary revenue (PT, retail, spa) Oversee group fitness, personal training, and programming delivery Ensure H&S compliance, pool plant standards, and operational excellence Report financials and KPIs; take action to meet business goals Promote a vibrant club culture and member community What You'll Need Level 3 Fitness Qualification (essential) Previous leadership experience in a leisure/fitness club Strong commercial awareness and team development skills Why Apply?
