A popular American-themed restaurant in Ormesby St Margaret is looking to recruit an experienced chef. They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced chef to join their kitchen team. This is a full time position with a restaurant that is open throughout the year. Shifts will include evenings and weekends in a very busy restaurant kitchen. Responsibilities will include: - Preparing a variety of dishes from the menu - Maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen - Ordering stock and taking deliveries; ensuring that ingredients are stored at the correct temperature - Ensuring that meals are prepared in a timely manner with correct portions This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and popular family-run business with an excellent reputation. To be considered for this position, you must: - Have at least 12 months experience as a chef - Communicate well and be able to multi-task - Have a good awareness of food safety and hygiene standards - Ideally have grill experience Relocators are welcome to apply and accommodation can be provided at a favourable rate.
