This position combines hands-on technical work with opportunities to influence raw material management across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management of raw materials, including approval, risk assessments, compliance, and supplier performance monitoring. Conduct supplier assessments and audits to ensure compliance with food safety, legal, and quality standards. Perform risk assessments (HACCP, TACCP, VACCP) and proactively mitigate threats in the supply chain. Maintain raw material specifications, compliance records, and audit outcomes using internal systems. Collaborate with Procurement, Technical, and Quality teams to provide technical guidance and drive improvements. Support continuous improvement by sharing best practices across sites Key Skills / Qualifications: Minimum 2 years' experience in a Raw Materials or Technical role within food manufacturing. Strong understanding of raw material compliance, traceability, and supplier risk. Experience conducting supplier audits and approvals. Knowledge of HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP. Ideally holds a Food Science or related degree. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work across teams and with suppliers.
