We are looking for a proactive and motivated Shift Team Leader to lead a team within the poultry cutting department. This role is about keeping things running smoothly day-to-day, ensuring targets are met, and making sure everyone works safely and to a high standard. The Shift Team Leader will also support the team's development and help drive improvements across the department. Responsibilities: Lead, manage and support your team to meet agreed performance and quality targets. Promote a strong health & safety culture, stop unsafe practices, and carry out risk assessments and investigations where needed. Organise and oversee line operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance. Monitor progress and performance, escalating issues and working with other departments to resolve challenges. Provide training and development so that all team members understand their responsibilities and can perform effectively. About You: Experience working within a food manufacturing is desirable. Have proven experience managing people in a fast-paced environment. Highly organised, disciplined, and able to prioritise effectively.
