A prestigious private healthcare clinic in Central London is looking for a professional and personable Client Relations Assistant to join their front facing team. About the Role: As a Client Relations Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for clients after their assessment booking, playing a key role in delivering a seamless, luxury experience. From phone conversations to in-clinic interactions, you’ll ensure each client is informed, reassured and exceptionally well cared for throughout their journey. Responsibilities will include: Contacting clients ahead of appointments to confirm details and provide information Assisting with online portal access and pre appointment documentation Organising client schedules, including lunch orders, transport, and accommodation Managing enquiries and ensuring a warm, professional welcome on arrival Following up post-assessment to gather feedback and answer questions Coordinating with medical and operations teams to ensure efficient client flow Maintaining accurate client records and delivering first class service at every stage Are you the right fit?
