MUST be clean file! anything else you need.•15,000 annual ED volume•Level IV Trauma Center•16 ED Beds, 4 for lower acuity•24-26 Hours Physician Coverage - 8-9 hour shifts•8 hours APP coverage on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday•EMR - Cerner•24 hours daily scribe coverage•Subspecialty coverage: Cardiology, Imaging, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Orthopedics, Pulmonology, Urology, Stroke CenterPhysician Requirements Summary: Active TX State Medical License, DEA (with TX address), Board Certified inABEM PEDS (or osteopathic counterparts), *Must be residency trained in Specialty Certified in*, ACLS, ATLS, &PALS, If ABEM PEDS, need current ACLS & PALS and 1X proof of ATLS, CME past 2 years, case logs past 2years, copies of all education & training diplomas, SS Card, Driver's license, color photo emailed to MSO,TB/FLU/Hep B/MMR/VARICELLA Immunization records. Annually must have 8 hrs of Stroke CME and 8 hrs ofTrauma CME.
