Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including removing debris, dust, and hazardous materials. Ensure all areas are sanitized and ready for inspection or occupancy. Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning progress and any issues encountered. Assist in organizing and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment. Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Previous experience in construction cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed. Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a construction environment. Reliable transportation to and from the job site. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
