Woodcraft Millwork , a local manufacturing leader producing commercial architectural millwork, is seeking a Millwork Project Manager to join their team in Canton, MA . This is an in-person, on-site opportunity. Requirements: 5 years of experience in a full-time construction & manufacturing Project Management role. Must be comfortable managing anywhere from 5-10 projects at a time. Must be comfortable in a client facing role with the ability to navigate both difficult situations and conversations when necessary. Must be able to execute RFIs, Change Orders, Production Orders, Product Take Offs, Submittals, Material quoting, Purchase Orders. Experience with project life cycles, project resource loading, task delegation, project scheduling, project budgeting. Proficient in Bluebeam, Microsoft Suite, Outlook. Experience using AutoCad and Smartsheets not required but a plus. Millwork experience not required but a plus. Proven track record working in a fast-paced high pressure office environment. Must have excellent communication skills with both in-house team members and outside clients. Problem solving skills. Desirable schedule : enjoy a daytime shift of either 6:00AM-3:00PM, or 7:00AM-4:00PM - either way, beat the traffic home! Great pay: earn between $75,000-$90,000 your first year Duties and Responsibilities: Management of the Submittal Process including review of architectural drawings, engineering of shop drawings, hardware, samples, etc. Precise Field Measurements along with layouts. Maintaining relationships with our core client group to ensure effective communication, problem solving, client retention and meeting all of their needs. Working with our production manager in ordering materials and finalizing all production drawings. Vendor coordination including quoting, purchase orders, review of their submittal process and ensuring delivery on time. Execute RFIs, Change Orders, Production Orders, Product Take Offs, Submittals, Material quoting, Purchase Orders Creating Work Orders for Fabrication on Unique Custom Goods as well as outsourcing to various vendors. Installation management in coordination with either our in-house installation team or subcontracting competent installers to successfully install the scope of work. Experience with the following Plastic Laminate Casework, Wood Veneer Desks & Casework, Panel Layouts, Hardwoods, Doors & Hardware, Mouldings, Etc.
