Groups & Events Manager

Overview For a Luxury Resort we are looking for a GROUPS & EVENTS MANAGER Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of Revenue & Reservation Leading G&E team Supervising reservation team Making new plans for developing G&E in the resort Dealing with G&E leads, analyzing costs and pricing for creating exclusive proposal Be focused on communicating, maintaining and developing client relationship Sales proactive activities in order to develop new business Reinforce old and create new partnership with services or equipment suppliers Plan, direct and implement events in a close relationship with the Banqueting and F&B teams in order to maximize guests satisfaction Managing Event Logistics and Operations Ensuring and Providing Exceptional Customer Service Job Requirements Previous experience as G&E Manager or Senior G&E Supervisor in luxury hospitality properties Business development oriented; Good communication, leadership and management skills Fluent Italian and English both written and spoken Proficiency with Microsoft Office Location : Umbria J-18808-Ljbffr
