JOB DESCRIPTION For our Milan office, we are looking for bright recent graduates in Economics, Business, Finance or Management Engineering with previous relevant internships who will hold the position of Tech Investment Banking Analyst for a six-month contract to be evaluated for a potential permanent contract (in the past, 18 out of 21 six-month contracts have been promoted to permanent contracts). The candidate, working alongside a company mentor, will be part of one or more teams working on fundraising and M&A transactions for leading European startups and scaleups, facing clients and investors. Expected start date : January 2026 (flexible on candidates’ needs). MAIN ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS With a young and dynamic team, the Tech IB Analyst will be involved in all stages of the process, performing tasks such as: Business Plan: preparation, maintenance and review; Valuation: economic-financial modelling and valuation through DCF and multiples; Competition and market analyses: focus on industry trends, total addressable market calculation and competitive scenario analysis; Drafting of fundraising and M&A documents: teasers, pitch decks, info memorandum, for domestic and international investors; Supporting senior team on relationship management: current and prospective clients and developing relationships with Italian and international investors. The position requirements are : Previous relevant experiences ideally in VC, M&A or IB; Excellent familiarity with the use of the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Significant study or work experience abroad; Outstanding educational track record; English: fluent; Italian, Spanish or French is a plus. Upon completion of the internship, the possibility of joining the team will be evaluated based on the candidate’s performance. In the past, 18 out of 21 six-month contracts have been promoted to permanent contracts.
