Job Description

What Youll Be Doing: This is no ordinary admin job youll be at the heart of our operations, making sure everything runs smoothly so our creative team can do what they do best. Youll handle a wide range of responsibilities, including: Owning all day-to-day bookkeeping tasks : receipts, deposits, invoices, POs, refunds & more Running the full creditors and debtors function , including monthly reconciliations and follow-ups Managing the asset register and keeping petty cash in check Assisting with payroll and staff reimbursement processes Preparing and sending client invoices & statements Being the friendly face (and voice) at the front desk: answering calls, welcoming walk-ins Receiving and checking supplier deliveries Creating and maintaining streamlined admin systems to keep us running efficiently What Youll Bring to the Table: Matric (Grade 12) is essential; a tertiary qualification in finance/admin is a bonus Minimum 5 years experience in a similar finance/admin role Proficiency in Sage and/or Xero is non-negotiable Experience with Chase and/or Magnetic is a big plus Strong MS Office, especially Excel you're no stranger to spreadsheets!
