As an operator in our stroopwafel bakery, you’ll be responsible for various tasks throughout the production process. Your daily activities will include Preparing ingredients for dough and syrup mixtures. Setting up and operating the baking ovens for stroopwafels. Monitoring the production process and intervening when irregularities occur. Handling firstline technical issues and resolving them on the spot. Identifying faults, deviations, or machine malfunctions and reporting them to the production supervisor. Functievereisten Do you fit the profile? You have an MBO (secondary vocational education) level of thinking and working. You bring 1–2 years of experience as an operator. You speak Dutch or English well. You have strong communication skills. You have a technical mindset. You are flexible and take initiative.
