Functieomschrijving As a production operator, you make sure the baking process runs smoothly from start to finish. Your main responsibilities include Preparing dough and batter according to recipes. Setting up and operating automated baking and shaping machines. Monitoring the baking process and adjusting settings as needed. Performing regular quality checks during production. Detecting and resolving minor issues or technical interruptions. Logging production data and quality checks in the system. Functievereisten Who are we looking for? You have MBOlevel (vocational) education or equivalent experience. You’ve worked in a production environment or as an operator before. You’re reliable, structured, and precise in your work. You can communicate clearly in Dutch or English. You’re available for a 3 shift schedule. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Here’s what you can expect A competitive salary of up to €3,600 gross per month.
