You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality service, maintaining van stock, and ensuring all procedures and documentation are followed precisely./ppThis is a mobile role requiring significant driving, so a strongclean driving licence is essential/strong./phr /pstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/pul liPerform on-site swap outs of IT equipment in line with customer contracts./li liMaintain a professional and courteous approach at all times./li liCollect parts from courier depots as needed./li liManage and audit van stock regularly./li liFollow strict procedures for parts handling and returns./li liSupport project installations and business needs./li liUse company call management systems effectively./li liComplete all paperwork to customer specifications./li liAdhere to health and safety protocols on-site./li liAttend training and meetings at Head Office when required./li/ulhr /pstrongWhat We're Looking For/strong/ppstrongEssential:/strong/pul liExcellent written and spoken English/li liStrong communication and organisational skills/li liAbility to manage challenging situations professionally/li liAnalytical mindset/li liField service and customer service experience/li liWorking knowledge of Windows and IT systems/li liCalm under pressure, team-oriented, and customer-focused/li liSmart appearance and professional attitude/li/ulpstrongDesirable:/strong/pul liTechnical engineering or IT product repair experience/li/ul
