Service Support Reps - Dispatch - 1st shift

As a Service Support Representative – Dispatch, you will: Coordinate field service requests and dispatch technicians efficiently Arrange travel accommodations for technicians, including flights, hotels, and rentals Track and monitor service calls and technician schedules in real time Provide updates to customers regarding technician arrival and any service delays Log all activities and case updates in Salesforce Ensure technicians have required parts and logistics support before dispatch Prioritize and manage emergency or high urgency calls for rapid response Collaborate with internal departments including tech support and service management Maintain compliance with travel, safety, and company standards Recommend process improvements and participate in ongoing training This is a full-time opportunity.
