As a Quality Control Lead – Incoming Inspection, you will: Perform incoming inspections of materials, components, and products per inspection schedule. Lead and coordinate daily activities of the quality inspection team. Mentor, train, and guide other quality inspectors to ensure high standards. Ensure materials pending inspection are stored and released properly. Conduct reviews of technical drawings and inspection specifications. Identify defects and recommend corrective actions. Maintain accurate inspection documentation and prepare quality reports. Collaborate cross-functionally to address quality issues and support improvement efforts. Support quality audits and participate in continuous improvement projects. Assist with updating and improving inspection procedures. This is a full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: High school diploma or equivalent (required) 3–5 years of quality inspection experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead role Proficiency in precision measurement tools and testing equipment Ability to read technical drawings/specifications Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Leadership and team coordination experience Proficiency in Excel Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Experience with NetSuite and WMS preferred Pay Rate: $25.75 – $29.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
