Qualities we're looking for: - 2 year minimum experience in a leadership position at a fast casual restaurant. - Demonstrated track record of achievement in managing profitability of high volume restaurant. - NYC Department of Health Certified in Food Handling and Protection - Documented career stability and growth - Leaders with a sense of pride, urgency and the ability to inspire. - Open Availability. - Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills.
