We are seeking a professional, experienced IV Therapy Nurse to join our elite concierge medical team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional patient care and personalized IV therapy services in a calm, luxurious setting. The role requires clinical excellence, polished interpersonal skills, and the ability to create a premium, hospitality-driven patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Perform expert-level venipuncture and initiate IV access with minimal discomfort to clients. Administer customized IV infusions, including hydration, vitamins, antioxidants, and medications, per established protocols. Monitor patients throughout their treatment for safety, comfort, and efficacy. Provide detailed education on infusion therapy, treatment benefits, and post-care instructions. Maintain a clean, upscale, and spa-like treatment environment aligned with luxury standards. Accurately document treatments, medications, and patient responses in electronic medical records (EMR). Collaborate with physicians and wellness specialists to support integrative care plans. Prepare and maintain IV equipment and supplies; ensure compliance with all safety and sterilization protocols. Handle client inquiries with discretion, warmth, and professionalism. Support administrative and clinical operations as needed to ensure smooth patient flow and satisfaction. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Licensure: Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice. Certification: IV Therapy Certification required; BLS (Basic Life Support) required; ACLS preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year focused on IV therapy or infusion; experience in wellness, concierge medicine, or luxury services strongly preferred. Skills: Advanced IV insertion skills, including experience with hard-to-find veins Impeccable bedside manner and client-facing communication skills Comfort working with high-profile or VIP clientele High level of attention to detail and aesthetics in both clinical and physical environments Discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality Ideal Candidate Profile: You are a refined and skilled RN who brings both clinical excellence and a service mindset , thriving in upscale environments where patient comfort and trust are paramount.
