MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATED TO EXUMA, BAHAMAS.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced couple to become the General Managers of our charming 12-unit boutique resort on the stunning shores of Exuma, Bahamas.
About the Role:
As our General Managers, you will:
Guest Relations & Operations:
Ensure guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay, managing daily operations and reservations billings.
Restaurant & Bar Management:
Oversee the on-site restaurant and bar, working alongside local talent to create exceptional dining experiences.
Marketing & Community Engagement:
Drive the resort’s success through creative online and social media marketing, and collaborate with local tourism and governmental boards to promote the resort.
What We Offer:
Compensation: $36,000 USD per year for the couple, plus complimentary on-site accommodation
