Job Description

Overview A leading entertainment facilities and events provider is looking for a Channel Strategy Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will support management in developing and executing multi-channel strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue, and foster customer engagement. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive channel strategies to improve brand recognition and drive traffic to our entertainment facilities. Work with internal teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives. Examine consumer behavior, market trends, and demography to identify growth opportunities. Track and evaluate performance indicators to optimise strategies and drive continuous improvement. Oversee the search for and setting up of new outlets. Effectively manage resources to achieve desired results. Requirements Experience in developing and implementing channel strategies, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or retail industry. Strong project management and analytical skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
