Our client is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Speech Pathologists to join our growing team. They believe in creating enjoyable and effective communication strategies tailored to each child's unique needs and family dynamics. As a Speech Pathologist, you will: Develop and implement individualized communication plans: Based on thorough assessments, parent insights, and the latest evidence-based research. Provide engaging and play-based therapy: Focusing on building a trusting therapeutic relationship and centering activities around children's interests. Support children with diverse communication needs: Including speech sound delays and disorders, language delays and disorders, social communication challenges, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Offer early intervention therapy: For children with Autism and developmental delays aged 12 months to 5 years. Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments: Gathering insights from parents and observing children in play and engaging activities. Provide parent and carer support: Educating and empowering families to support their child's communication development.
