You will drive revenue growth, elevate brand positioning, and oversee all Sales, Marketing, and Communication initiatives to ensure the properties maintain their leadership in the luxury hospitality market. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with property-level teams to implement strategic plans that deliver outstanding business results. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute the overall commercial strategy for the hotel cluster, aligning Sales and Marketing objectives with business goals. Develop annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded. Lead market positioning and brand visibility initiatives across domestic and international markets. Sales Management Oversee key account management, negotiating high-value contracts and building strategic partnerships with top luxury travel agencies, corporate clients, and DMCs. Drive new business opportunities and maximize share from existing accounts across all market segments (leisure, corporate, MICE). Represent the cluster at international trade shows, luxury travel events, and networking opportunities. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and inspire the Sales & Marketing teams across multiple properties, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Provide coaching and development plans to ensure team performance and engagement. Requirements Proven experience (8 years) in senior Sales leadership roles within the luxury hospitality sector, ideally at a cluster or multi-property level. Strong strategic and analytical skills with a track record of driving revenue growth and market share. Excellent leadership and people management abilities; experience managing diverse, multi-location teams. Established network within luxury travel, corporate, and high-end distribution channels. Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and luxury positioning. Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
