Manager – Corporate Finance & Strategy

Overview Manager – Corporate Finance & Strategy role at BIP. You will lead within the Corporate Finance & Strategy team with a dedicated focus on Private Capital, guiding project teams across the investment lifecycle—from pre-deal strategy and transaction execution to post-deal value creation and exit planning. Responsibilities Leading key workstreams and engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery, timeline adherence, and client satisfaction Overseeing commercial processes and coordinating inputs across functions during transaction support Guiding the development of investment and divestment materials Managing and mentoring junior team members, fostering their professional development Supporting senior leadership in client relationship management and business development initiatives, including proposal preparation and pitch presentations Who we are looking for / Qualifications 7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory or Investment roles, ideally with exposure to Private Equity, Private Debt or Real Estate Proven ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end project delivery Deep understanding of valuation techniques, financial modelling Strong business judgment and ability to translate financial into actionable recommendations Solid knowledge of financial statements, with familiarity in Italian and international accounting principles University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g. CFA, ACA) are a plus Fluency in English (C1 level); additional languages are an advantage Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools and visualization platforms is a plus Strong interpersonal, communication, and client management skills Why choose BIP In BIP we put people at the center.
