Responsibilities Master the organization of all the activities related to the management and coordination of the restaurant department. Improve the quality of the services offered in accordance with the company’s strategic goals. Ensure compliance to the HACCP regulation. Manage the team ensuring that everyone is well-trained and motivated. Manage restaurant operations according to the budget. Show the ability to be hands-on by supporting the team during daily operations. Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and quality. A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality. 2 years of experience in the role. Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse. A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. High performance when at the PC. Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
