As an Operations Lead/Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to experience the interaction between the various components of our operational activities, contributing to ensuring their efficient functioning. You will be the point of reference for your colleagues during the work shift and will help them follow the processes introduced by the managers. The role has a strong practical component: you will have the opportunity to gain experience in the use of tools and systems on which the success of our activity depends. Key Job Responsibilities Measure and monitor workflow and site performance, as well as provide relevant information to frontline managers to ensure operational excellence in all shifts. Support and train staff to ensure excellent service and supervise them in performing daily tasks. Support the Area/Shift Manager in the context of projects to improve processes, create a safe working environment, and increase staff involvement. Collaborate with other departments to identify solutions to resolve frequent issues or meet needs, where productivity is crucial. Analyze data to identify plans for optimizing safety, quality, and productivity. A Day in the Life Your work as an Operations Lead/Supervisor will take place in one of our operational sites. You will support the Area/Shift Manager in executing the plan for the shift. Your tasks will range from organizing start-of-shift meetings with the team to monitoring procedures, ensuring that everyone respects safety standards, quality processes, and daily priorities. Basic Qualifications Advanced knowledge of Italian, written and spoken. Extensive experience in data analysis in a professional context and in using such indicators to identify problems. Good mastery of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook) in professional use contexts. Preferred Qualifications Experience in managing stakeholders and creating and maintaining professional relationships.
