Job Description

Project Administrator – 6597 Location: Worcester Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hour days (flexi hours) Salary: £26,000 – £33,000 (DOE) Key Responsibilities of a Project Administrator: * Provide administrative support across projects within a busy technical department. * Coordinate orders, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of parts and services. * Act as first point of contact for customer and engineer enquiries, resolving queries efficiently. * Prepare and process documentation including quotes, orders, returns, and credit notes. * Maintain accurate records and manage information using internal databases and systems. * Support cross-department communication to ensure smooth project completion. * Contribute to the achievement of departmental targets and deadlines. Key Skills of a Project Administrator: * Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. * Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner. * Proactive and motivated, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems. * Team player with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. * Previous experience in project administration, technical support, or engineering environments desirable.
