Our mission is to bring Venetian elegance and soul to the world, creating the most iconic and comfortable luxury shoes on the planet. Position: Business Development & B2B Expansion Manager . You will play a frontline role in Gondolina’s international development, opening new markets, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the B2B client network among boutiques, hotels, and prestigious distributors worldwide. The role is based in Venezia (HQ) and is full-time. Responsibilities principali Identify, contact, and acquire new B2B clients and partners (boutiques, hotels, department stores, distributors). Develop and execute market entry strategies for new regions (Europe, United States, Middle East, Asia). Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners through personalized follow-ups and business reviews. Prepare and present tailored business proposals , lookbooks, and product presentations. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order management. Participate in international trade shows and exclusive B2B events to increase brand visibility. Analyze market trends and competitor movements to identify new opportunities. Contribute directly to the growth strategy with the founders. Requisiti 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or International Trade , preferably in fashion, luxury, or Made in Italy. Excellent knowledge of English (C1 or higher); additional languages (Italian, French, Spanish, Chinese) are a strong plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial, proactive and ambitious mindset , with a drive to elevate Gondolina to the world’s number 1. Strong sense of responsibility and results orientation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good knowledge of Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
