Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team at Blacksand Property Management in Badung, Bali. This is a contract position with the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the financial operations and reporting of our growing property management firm. As the Accounting Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the company's financial accounting, ensuring accurate and timely recording, analysis and reporting. What we're looking for Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field 3 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably within the property management or real estate industry or hotel industry Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cost management Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets and data analysis tools Hands-on experience with implementing and optimizing accounting processes and controls Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team J-18808-Ljbffr
