Job Description We are looking for a passionate Restaurant Guest Relations. You will have the opportunity to be part of a cohesive team who are truly committed to deliver outstanding service and unique experiences to our guests. Responsibilities Provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Greet guests promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile. Manage guest reservations and respond promptly to client inquiries and special requests via email and telephone, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Take reservations using the Hotel software, review the daily reservation book and seat guests with or without reservations according to their preferences. Ensure guests’ names and preferences are recorded according to Four Seasons standards. Organize the menus for each service to ensure quality, condition and appearance. Ensure to have a complete working knowledge of the menus and be familiar with server stations, their daily assignments, their personal timing patterns and their maximum workload capacity. Support the F&B Team with other service tasks when needed. Requirements Education: High school education or equivalent experience Experience: Must have a minimum of one year food service experience in a luxury environment Must possess excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Must possess a confident outgoing personality, a can-do approach to any request and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Flexibility, and team work approach are required Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language. This position requires continuous standing for 8 hours. Travel required: None.
