The selected candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our business, ensuring full compliance with regulations related to shipping, customs, and the resolution of issues within this strategic business area. Key Responsibilities Oversee export and import operations, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations. Manage the correct classification of customs codes and guarantee the accuracy of all required documentation. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement efficient logistics processes, contributing to the development of internal procedures. Track and analyze logistics costs, recommending solutions to improve efficiency and reduce expenses. Keep up to date with industry regulations and actively promote adherence to company policies and procedures. Requisiti: We are looking for candidate with the following skills/experience: University degree in Engineering, Economics, Law or similar Training Incoterms ICC – for the application of sales rules Minimum of five years’ experience in logistics, ideally within multinational companies or in organizations involved in goods export, including consultancy. In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, harmonized codes, preferential and non-preferential origin, and related customs matters. Strong professional network within the logistics and customs sector, enabling timely assessment and knowledge sharing when new challenges arise. Proven ability to plan and coordinate both domestic and international shipments. Excellent written and spoken English skills. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (preferably Microsoft 365) and shipping management software Other Key skills : Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of accuracy combined with a pragmatic approach. Strong sense of urgency and accountability. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills. Nice to have Trade Compliance Certifications for US and UK.
