About the role: Oversee operations across multiple busy restaurants in Central London. Drive sales and deliver consistent brand standards while maximising guest experience. Lead, inspire, and develop large teams, ensuring a culture of excellence and accountability. Implement efficient operational processes while maintaining creativity and innovation. Deliver strong financial results and play a key role in supporting the group’s ambitious growth plans. About You: Has significant multi-site management experience within a branded or premium casual dining group. Demonstrates exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams both front and back of house Is commercially savvy with a strong understanding of P&L management.
