Multi-site / Senior General Manager Central London £65,000 Bonus We’re proud to be partnering with an exciting and expanding restaurant group in Central London to recruit an experienced Multi-Site General Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong operator with a proven track record in high-volume, premium casual dining who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. About the role: Oversee operations across multiple busy restaurants in Central London. Drive sales and deliver consistent brand standards while maximising guest experience. Lead, inspire, and develop large teams, ensuring a culture of excellence and accountability. Implement efficient operational processes while maintaining creativity and innovation. Deliver strong financial results and play a key role in supporting the group’s ambitious growth plans. About You: Has significant multi-site management experience within a branded or premium casual dining group. Demonstrates exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams both front and back of house Is commercially savvy with a strong understanding of P&L management. Has a passion for hospitality, people development, and delivering memorable guest experiences. Thrives in a growing & dynamic business.
