Job Description
Overview Project Manager – Process Transformation and Digitalization. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and governing integrated schedules for asset management, ensuring alignment with milestones and driving timely execution across development, engineering, construction, start-up, commissioning and handover of new projects. The position interfaces with Global AM Team, Business Development, and the EPC for all new tasks, supporting effective and timely execution of all phases from an Asset Management perspective. Our team of 350 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across the project life cycle. Responsibilities Closely work with the Head of AM Europe to assist Asset Managers with execution planning and coordination Analyze needed resources (in-house / outsourced) to ensure timely project delivery Build the Work Breakdown Structure and align it with the Project Execution Plan Maintain schedule logic, calendars, constraints, and coding to ensure data quality and traceability Prepare weekly and monthly updates with critical path analysis, narratives, and variance reports Standardize reporting formats, layouts, filters, and codes across projects Generate reports on critical and near-critical paths, float, and logic Liaise with Global Asset Management team and with regional Construction team In case of major repair activities on operational assets, integrate all phases including engineering, permitting, procurement, logistics, construction, and commissioning Perform what-if and Time Impact Analyses to assess delays and propose mitigation strategies Requirements Bachelor in Industrial/Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field 3-5 years in project management for EPC or infrastructure projects (renewables preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Project; advanced Excel; Power BI a plus Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary stakeholders and drive accountability Fluent in English and Italian; other language capabilities (Spanish) considered an asset Strong presentation and communication skills to clearly convey schedule status, risks, and mitigation plans to management and stakeholders Excellent written reporting Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working to tight deadlines Benefits Private Health Insurance Pension Plan Paid Time Off Work From Home Training & Development Performance Bonus Tickets Restaurant Seniorities Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function / Industries Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting J-18808-Ljbffr
