Overview We’re building a global decentralized hotel, powered by AI agents. In just two years, we’ve raised €7M across two funding rounds and scaled from 0 to over 500 rooms under management in 4 countries. Today, with a presence in more than 100 tourist destinations, we’re the fastest-growing traveltech startup in Europe and we’re aiming to launch the Hotiday Room Collection in every major destination worldwide within the next 3 years. Want to join us? What you’ll do Develop and maintain modern web applications using state-of-the-art technologies (e.g. Python for the backend and React JS for the frontend). Design and develop scalable and high-performance software solutions for data analysis and online platforms . Develop and maintain our data set and import scripts and ensure our data set is consistent and updated. Help improve our company CI/CD to test, validate and deploy our code. Integrate agentic AI to automate the boring everyday tasks. Python with Django for our backend applications. For smaller scopes, we also sometimes use FastAPI . TypeScript with React and Next.js for the frontend. Django Wagtail as our CMS. Various flavours of Postgresql for our databases. The bulk of our infrastructure is hosted on AWS and Vercel . Celery but also AWS SQS, Step Functions and Lambdas for async tasks. We use Docker to manage containers and Portainer as a container management platform. Github for our code repos and CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployments. How we work We look for people who want to carve new roads. What we offer Target compensation package (OTE) up to €65,000 per year (base salary performance bonus). Fixed gross annual salary (RAL) between €45 and €55k depending on experience.
