Construction Project Manager

Overview Gruppo Terme & SPA Italia is seeking a Project and Construction Manager - Area Nord for the Engineering Directorate, dedicated to property evolution and development across all Group sites and units. Location: Milano (S. Siro) with willingness to travel nationwide to follow projects. Responsibilities Project Management: planning, coordination and verification of all activities in the design and tender phases, including: Development of the Master Plan and overall project schedule; Technical support for budgeting operations; Technical assistance in appointing professionals and suppliers; Coordination and verification of design activities (feasibility study, preliminary, definitive and executive designs for architectural, structural, plant and fire protection works) and management of external professionals/companies; Assistance with documentation to obtain building permits and approvals (e.g., CILA, SCIA, Permessi di Costruire, Fire Brigade, ASL, Civil Engineers) and interaction with authorities; Market analysis and supplier/applicant selection to guarantee best performance against objectives; Assistance in drafting procurement documentation and contracts. Construction Management: during execution phase, planning, scheduling and control of time, cost and quality; high supervision of workmanship and safety; support to the Site Manager with formal SA(L) procedures for implemented works; final account checks and closing; assistance for release of occupancy permits; assist with connections to public services. The resource will operate in accordance with internal company procedures. Education, Profile and Skills Required: Laurea in civil/architectural engineering or architecture; experience as Project and Construction Manager and architectural design, specifically in the hospitality/tourism sector (hotels, spas, wellness, resort facilities). Knowledge of site and renovation processes; experience in site management and safety is preferred. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and MS Project); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD. Ability to manage own work, meet deadlines, problem-solving, willingness to travel for inspections, supplier meetings, and site visits; proactive, with a willingness to think creatively beyond own area of responsibility. Nice to have: experience in hospitality/wellness/hotels and related sectors.
