Job Description
Reports to the General Manager. The Reservation Manager is responsible for ensuring that guests have a seamless experience when booking rooms, and oversees the reservation office and work closely with other departments to ensure that guests receive the highest level of service. He/She is responsible for managing the reservation system, which includes ensuring that all bookings are accurately recorded, that guests are informed of any policies or procedures related to their stay, and is co-responsible for managing the room inventory in Protel and Synxis. Responsibilities Oversee the reservation office and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience during booking and stay. Manage the reservation system to ensure bookings are accurately recorded and guests are informed of policies and procedures. Co-manage room inventory in Protel and Synxis. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reservation/guest services role at a 5-star deluxe property. Guest-oriented approach. In-depth knowledge of LQA standards. Proficient in English.
