Hotel Manager For Two 5 Hotels In Florence

Overview We are looking for an experienced, practical and energetic Italian speaking manager to open a 5 star hotel in Florence, called the Palazzo Tolomei. We will be entirely refurbishing this property and plan to open in 2026. We have also purchased a beautiful castle, the Castello di Santa Maria Novella. We are currently refurbishing it to a top 5 star hotel. This opening is planned for 2027. Responsibilities Open and launch the Palazzo Tolomei and Castello di Santa Maria Novella as luxury hotels, overseeing pre-opening activities. Lead and manage refurbishment progress, coordinating with partners to meet timelines and standards. Develop and uphold service standards, guest experience, and product quality; assist with staff recruitment and development as needed. Collaborate with owners and project partners; oversee activities related to wine and olive oil production as part of the property offerings. Qualifications Fluent in Italian with working proficiency in English. Proficient in Excel and Word; comfortable using AI tools.
