BA/BSc degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields (asset) At least 7 years of fine dining restaurant management experience with deep knowledge of operational standards and customer expectations Proficiency in spoken and written English and Italian Strong time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities Self-driven, resilient, energetic, and inclusive; open to new ideas and challenges Team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong observational skills to identify bottlenecks and pain points Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced, uncertain environments What will you work on?
