Job Description Job Description Field Recruiter – Retail About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic Field Recruiter to join our team and drive high-volume, multi-site retail hiring. You’ll partner with store leaders and operations teams to find, attract, and hire hourly associates, supervisors, and store managers who deliver outstanding guest experiences. What You’ll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and leadership roles across multiple retail locations. Build seasonal and event-based hiring plans to support peak times (holidays, new store openings). Partner with Operations and Store Managers to forecast staffing needs and reduce turnover. Use social media, job boards, and community partnerships to attract diverse talent. Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, turnover, retention at 30/60/90 days) to improve results. What We’re Looking For 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience; retail recruiting strongly preferred . Experience hiring for hourly and management roles in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Strong digital sourcing and social media recruiting skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple requisitions at once. Proficiency in ATS/HRIS systems (UKG, Workday, Taleo, etc.).
