PCU Travel Nurse Job Details Location: Glendale, Arizona (Zip: 85306) – Phoenix metro area Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 11/10/2025 – End: 2/9/2026) Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Hours per Week: 36 Guaranteed Hours: 24 per week Estimated Weekly Salary: $1990 - $2130 On-Call & Weekend: Schedule determined by facility Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license required Minimum 2 years of recent Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nursing experience Current ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications Previous travel nursing experience preferred No license restrictions or disciplinary actions Flu vaccination required (declinations may be considered) Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver’s license are not eligible PCU Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and vital signs Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Respond to emergencies and deliver advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) as needed Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements Apply now to join our team of travel nurses and take the next step in your PCU nursing career in Glendale, Arizona!
