The Role We're seeking an experienced Development Manager to oversee the refurbishment of heritage-protected hotels in Florence and nearby areas. You'll manage the design and construction process, coordinate with architects and contractors, and ensure compliance with heritage regulations. You'll also support the Hotel Manager in preparing the properties for opening and operation. Responsibilities Lead refurbishment of heritage hotels into luxury destinations Oversee budgets, timelines, permits, and compliance Manage architects, engineers, and contractors FF&E & OS&E procurement and installation, including kitchens Support the Hotel Manager on all aspects of hotel setup Requirements Proven experience in development / project management (hospitality or heritage preferred) Knowledge of Italian building & heritage regulations Track record in FF&E & OS&E for luxury hotels Fluent in Italian and English Flexibility to travel (projects in both Florence & Certaldo) What We Offer Opportunity to lead prestigious luxury hotel projects in Italy Be part of Flow East's international growth Competitive package collaborative culture J-18808-Ljbffr
