Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Agent at Europa Palace located in San Remo. The Front Office Agent will be responsible for receptionist duties, check-in procedures, front office tasks, providing excellent customer service, and clear communication with guests. Qualifications Receptionist Duties and Front Office skills Check-in procedures knowledge Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in a similar role is preferred Ability to multitask and prioritize duties Attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of hospitality industry practices High school diploma or equivalent Revealing a unique sales personality and a true passion for hospitality.
