We're Hiring: Key Account Manager - Foodservice Equipment (UK Wide) Salary: Basic £45-50,000, OTE £11,000 Company Car Benefits Location: Midlands ideally but flexible - Field-based, UK Reports To: National Sales Manager Full-time | Permanent Are you a commercially savvy sales professional with a passion for building strategic partnerships and driving national growth? We're working exclusively with a market-leading manufacturer of premium foodservice equipment to appoint a Key Account Manager . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected brand at the forefront of innovation and service excellence, with a strong reputation in the UK hospitality and foodservice market. About the Role: As Key Account Manager , you'll be the driving force behind winning and growing national accounts across the UK. Your primary focus? Securing new business opportunities and expanding long-term partnerships that increase equipment and service sales. You'll play a key role in: · Delivering monthly sales and gross margin targets · Developing and executing strategic account development plans · Leading tender responses, proposals and commercial negotiations · Acting as the central point of contact for key stakeholders · Tracking market trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities · Collaborating across departments to ensure exceptional customer delivery What We're Looking For: · Proven track record in new business and account management experience · You will have experience of selling via distributors and have dealt with end users · A confident negotiator with strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver solutions · Excellent relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence · Self-motivated, organised and data-savvy - comfortable producing pipeline reports and forecasts · It would be beneficial if you have a background within food, catering equipment , commercial kitchens , or a related service industry You'll Thrive If You: · Are target-driven with a growth mindset · Enjoy the challenge of winning large accounts and influencing senior stakeholders · Have a "can-do" attitude with agility and resilience in a dynamic market · Can work independently while contributing to a collaborative, performance-led team This role offers scope to influence national strategy, develop your career and be part of a business that genuinely values its people.
