Hospitalist Physician

Join Our Nocturnist Team in Troy, NY! St. Peter s Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking full-time Nocturnists to join our employed hospitalist group at Samaritan Hospital located in Troy, New York. Experience a collaborative and supportive environment with excellent colleagues, flexible scheduling, and a dedicated approach to patient care in a closed ICU setting. Our hospital offers a friendly practice culture that values physician well-being and teamwork. Job Responsibilities: Join an established, directly employed hospital medicine program. Run rapids and codes; ICU providers handle ICU cases. No required procedures. Shift hours are 12-hours (7:00 pm 7:00 am), working a 7 on/7 off schedule. Average daily census: 15-18 patients per physician. Collaborate with APPs as part of the care team. Open to recent graduates (working toward BC) and experienced candidates. Accepting H-1B visa candidates; J-1 waivers not accepted. Qualifications: Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility working toward BC) or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. New York License (or willing to obtain). DEA certification (or willing to obtain). Clean malpractice/license record preferred. Visa support required for candidates on H1B. License and Certification Requirements: Board Certification or Being Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (REQUIRED). New York State License (REQUIRED).
