We're looking for a passionate Full-time Pediatrician Physician to join an outpatient clinic in LaPorte , IN! Job Overview As a pediatrician, you will play a critical role in coordinating proactive care for pediatric patients with chronic conditions and identifying wellness and preventive services tailored to children and adolescents. This role requires close collaboration with clinical staff and reports directly to the Site Medical Director. What are the benefits? Documentation & Education: Maintains accurate records and educates patients on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care. Clinical Oversight: Supervises advanced practice nurses and residents, reviews consults and prescriptions and manages hospital patient care. Quality & Compliance: Participates in quality improvement, audits, and protocol development; supports PCMH initiatives.
